Kookaburra Village is an over 50s lifestyle village. Enjoy resort style living in the heart of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coasts. The facilities here are fantastic. There is a solar heated resident pool only. A second pool for residents and their guests. A competition standard bowls green attached to a large pavilion undercover seating area, bar and lounge. This area is where a lot of the over 50s social club events take place. There is a dance floor that is often used on a Friday during happy hour.
